Vrat ki poori, indian fast recipes, Falahari Poori, Vrat ka Khana, vrat recipe, #VratRecipe #ShivratriRecipe # Dahi Wali Vrat ki Poori Ingredients: Arrowroot - 1 cup (150 gms) Hung Curd - ½ cup Sendha Salt - ½ tsp Black Pepper - ½ tsp (coarsely Ground) Ghee - for frying How to make Dahi Wali Poori 1- The dough is required to prepare Dahi Falahari pooris. Take 1/2 cup of hung curd in a bowl along with a 1 cup of arrowroot and mix them properly. 2- Add 1/2 tbsp of Sendha salt,1/2 tbsp of coarsely grounded back pepper, 1/2 tbsp of cumin seeds and mix all the Ingredients properly. 3- Knead the dough as a regular dough of Poori. 4- Cover and keep the dough aside for 10 minutes. 5- After 10 minutes, the dough has set. 6- Knead the dough for more 3-4 minutes. 7- Preheat Ghee to fry Poori. 8- Divide the dough into the smaller sized lumps to prepare the pooris. 9- Take a dough lump, roll to make a round ball and flatten it. 10- Spread some arrowroot on the rolling board and expand it usig a rolling pin. 11- Place the expanded Poori in the heated Ghee to fry. 12- Press poori with the ladle to expand it. 13- Flip and fry it from both the sides until Golden Brown on the medium flame. 14- Drain out the fried Poori and place it on a plate. 15- Fry all Poori in the same way. 16- Dahi Falahari Poori is ready to be served. Serving: 1- Dahi Falahari pooris can be served with fasting green coriander dip.
