dhuska kaise banaye, Dhuska barra Recipe, dhuska banane ki vidhi, Dhuska snacks Recipe #dhuska #JharkhandRecipe #DhuskhaBarra Ingredients for Dhuska Rice - 1cup (200 gms) (soaked) Chana Dal - ½ cup (100 gms) Urad Dal - ¼ cup (50 gms) Green Chilli - 4 Ginger Julienne - ¾ inch Green Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsp Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp Asafoetida - ½ pinch Turmeric Powder - ¼ tsp Salt - 1 tsp Eno Salt - ¼ tsp Oil - for frying How to make Dhuska 1- Take a ½ cup of Chana Dal, a ¼ cup of Urad Dal and a cup of rice. 2- Soak them in water for 4-5 hours or for overnight. 3- After soaking them, remove the extra water from them. 4- Add them in the grinder jar along with some water, 4 medium sized green chillies, 3/4 inch ginger julienne and grind them for the paste. 5- The paste of Dal is ready after griding them. 6- Pour the paste in a bowl, add 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds, 1/2 pinch of asafoetida, 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder, less than 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 2 tablespoons of green coriander and mix all the ingredients well. 7- If the batter thick then, add some water to it. The running consistency of the batter is required for Dhuska. 8- Preheat Oil to fry Dhuska and beat the batter for 2 minutes. 9- Add the batter using a spatula in the rightly heated oil. 10- Flip and fry them till they appear golden brown from both the sides. 11- Drain them out once they are fried and fry rest of the Dhuska likewise Second Method 1- Add teaspoon of eno salt in the batter before cooking it on the Tawa. 2- Preheat the Tawa and spread some oil to grease it. 3- Spread the batter on the Tawa while keeping the flame on medium. 4- Spread some oil over it. 5- Cover and cook for 2 minutes on the medium flame. 6- They have cooked from the bottom and bloated too. 7- Spread some oil over it before flipping. 8- Flip it and cover to cook it more for 2 minutes. 9- Dhuska appears golden brown from both the sides, they have cooked. 10- Remove to keep it aside and cook the rest of Dhuskas likewise. Serving 1- You can serve it with the Potato Tomato Curry, green coriander dip.
