Stuffed tinda recipe, tinda masala curry, bharwan tinde, stuffed tinda banane ki recipe, tinday ki sabzi, stuffed tinda kaise banaye, #TindaMasala #TindeKiSabzi #BharwanTinda Ingredients: Round Gourd - 5 (250 gms) Tomato - 3 (200 gms) Green chilli - 2 Ginger - 1 to ½ inch baton Oil - 2 tbsp Green Coriander - 2 to 3 tbsp (finely chopped) Cumin Seeds- ¼ Tsp Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp Red Chilli Powder - ½ tsp Coriander Powder - 2 Tsp Fennel powder - 1.5 Tsp Garam Masala - ¼ Tsp Dry Mango Powder - ¼ tsp Salt - 1 tsp (to taste) How to make stuffed tinda gravy For the gravy 1- Preheat 2 tablespoons of Oil in a pressure cooker, add 1/4 teaspoon of sesame seeds on low flame. 2- Add a 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon of coriander powder to it and roast them. 3- Prepare a paste of 3 tomatoes, 2 green chillies and 1/2 inch piece of ginger. 4- Add the paste to the roasted spices, more than a 1/4 teaspoon of red chilli powder and roast on medium flame until oil separates from it. 5- Take 5 round gourds, wash and peel them. Cut them from the top, leave them joined from the bottom and cut into four equal parts. 6- Oil is separating from the masala that means it has roasted. For the stuffing 1- Add a 1/2 teaspoon of salt, a 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder, a teaspoon of coriander powder, more than a 1/4 teaspoon of red chilli powder, a 1/2 teaspoon of fennel powder, 1/4 teaspoon of mango powder, less than a 1/4 teaspoon of Garam Masala in a pan and saute them. 2- Add a 1/2 tablespoon of chickpea flour and roast it along with the spices on low flame. 3- Open the round gourd, stuff the stuffing in it and press it. 4- Stuff all the round gourds likewise. For the curry 1- Add more than a 1/2 cup of water, a 1/2 teaspoon of salt, Garam Masala and stuffed round gourds in the cooker. 2- Place them in a way so that upper side stays on the top. 3- Close the lid and cook until a whistle arrives blows and cook on low flame for 2 minutes after first whistle has blown. 4- Switch off the flame after 2 minutes. 5- Wait until the pressure of cooker releases and open it. 6- Stuffed round gourd gravy is ready to be served, garnish it with chopped coriander and serve it. Serving: 1- You can serve it with Chapati, Paratha, Naan, Rice or whatever you desire.
