Lifafa Banane ki recipe, Lifafa Paratha Recipe, Masala Chaap Roll, Tandoori Chaap Roll, soya chaap recipe, Tiffin Recipe, #SoyaChaapRecipe #LifafaParatha #StreetFood Ingredients for Soya Chaap packet Wheat flour - 1 cup (150 grams) Refined flour - 1 cup (125 grams) Soya Chaap - 2 Capsicum (finely chopped) - 1 Tomato (finely chopped) - 1 Coriander leaves (finely chopped) - 2 to 3 tbsp Ghee - 1 tbsp Pizza sauce - 1 tbsp Ginger baton (grated) - 1 inch Green chiilli (finely chopped) - 2 Coriander powder - ½ tsp Red chilli powder - ½ tsp Carom seeds - ¼ tsp Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp Salt - 1 tsp How to make Soya Chaap packet 1- Take a cup of wheat flour in a bowl, add a cup of refined flour, a teaspoon of clarified butter to it. 2- Add a ¼ teaspoon of crushed carom seeds, a ½ teaspoon of salt and mix it well. 3- Add a ¼ cup water in the intervals to knead the stiffer dough. 4- After kneading the dough, cover and keep it aside to set for 20 to 25 minutes. 5- Take 2 finely Soya Chaap, remove them from their stick and finely chop them. 6- Preheat a pan, melt a teaspoon of clarified butter in it. 7- Add the chopped Chaap to it and roast while continuously stirring it on medium to high flame. 8- Add a finely chopped capsicum, finely chopped tomato and roast them while stirring them. 9- Add a ¼ teaspoon of turmeric powder, a ½ teaspoon of coriander powder, 2 finely chopped green chilli, an inch of grated ginger baton, a ½ teaspoon of Degi Mirch powder, a tablespoon of pizza sauce to it. 10- Add a ½ teaspoon of salt and roast the ingredients for 1 to 2 minutes. 11- Add 2 tablespoons of water to it and cook it for 2 minutes. 12- Cover and cook it for 2 minutes on low flame. 13- After 2 minutes, add some finely chopped green coriander to it and mix well. 14- After cooking it, pour it in a separate plate and cool it. 15- After setting the dough, mash it softly for a while. 16- Divide dough into the dough lumps and roll them into the round shaped balls. 17- Press the lumps to give them the shape of a Peda. 18- Coat it with the dry flour and flatten it thinly into the diameter of 10 to 12 inches. 19- After flattening it, spread some clarified butter over it. 20- Place some stuffing on it and spread it into a shape of a square. 21- Take a teaspoon of wheat flour in a mini bowl, add some water to it and stir it for a smooth batter. 22- Fold the Chapati from one side and spread some flour batter to it. 23- Fold it from other side and stick to it. 24- Preheat a griddle and spread some clarified butter over it. 25- Turn the flame to low and place a packet over it for cooking. 26- Let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes, spread some clarified butter over it and flip it. 27- Cook from both sides until brown spots appear over them. 28- After a while, hold it vertically and cook its corners. 29- After cooking 4 of its corners, the Soya Chaap packet is ready to be served. Serving 1- Serve it along with coriander dip and tomato sauce. 2- A Soya Chaap packet is enough to end the hunger spank of one time.
