This Michelle Obama-Approved, Smudge-Proof Eyeliner Is On Sale for $15

I still remember the exact moment I realized the power of a good eyeliner. I was walking in the park with my soon-to-be first boyfriend when we ran into a handful of girls from high school who were definitely too cool to be talking to me.
