Spicy Tamatar Mirchi Ki dish, Rajasthani Tamatar Mirchi Ki Sabzi, Green Chilli Tomato Curry, moti hari mirch ki sabji, #TamatarMirchiSabzi #ChilliTomatoSabzi #RajasthaniRecipe Ingredients for Tomato Green Chilli Sabzi Tomato - टमाटर - 3, (300 gms) Green Chilli - हरी मिर्च - 7, (100 gms) Mustard Oil - सरसों का तेल - 2 - 3 tbsp Mustard Seeds - सरसों - 1 tsp Cumin Seeds - जीरा - 1 tsp Fenugreek Seeds - मेथी दाना - 1/4 tsp Asafoetida - हींग - 1 pinch Ginger - अदरक - 1 tsp, grated Turmeric Powder - हल्दी पाउडर - 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder - धनिया पाउडर - 1 tsp Fennel Powder - सौंफ पाउडर - 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder - लाल मिर्च पाउडर - 1/2 tsp Dry Fenugreek - कसूरी मेथी - 1 tbsp Salt - नमक - 1 tsp How to prepare tomato-chili sabzi? 1. Take 100 grams or 7-jwala green chili, discard the stalk, and cut them into bite-size. 2. Take 3-tomatoes, cut the head, and chop them into big pieces. 3. Heat 2-3 tbsp of mustard oil in the Kadai. 4. Add 1 tsp mustard seeds, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1/4 tsp fenugreek seeds, 1-pinch hing, 1 tsp grated ginger, chopped chilies to the hot oil and saute for a minute or two. 5. Now, add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, chopped tomatoes, and other spices. 6. Add 1 tsp of coriander powder, 1 tsp of fennel powder, 1/2 tsp of red chili powder, 1 tsp of salt to the Kadai, and mix well. 7. Cook covered for 2 minutes over medium heat. 8. Tomatoes and chilies should be lightly cooked. Do not make them mushy. 9. Check after 2 minutes and cook again for 2 more mins if not cooked. 10. Tomato-chili sabzi is ready to be served.
