Chawal ki pinni banane ka tarika, chawal ki pinni gur wali, kuswar, cholan di piniyan, how to make chawal ki pinni, akki laddu, rice laddo recipe, punjabi style chawal di pinni, cholan di piniyan, sweet ladoo with rice flour, #RicePinni #ChawalDiPinni #AkkiLaddu #RiceFlourLaddu Ingredients for Rice Pinni Rice Flour - चावल का आटा - 1 Cup (150 grams) Full Cream Milk - दूध - 1/2 Litre Desiccated Coconut - नरियल बुरादा - 1/2 Cup Desi Ghee - घी - 1/4 Cup (60 grams) Green Cardamom - छोटी इलाइची - 1/2 tsp, coarsely ground Almond Flakes - बादाम कतरन - 2 tbsp Pistachio Flakes - पिस्ता कतरन - 2 tbsp Raisin - किशमिश - 2 tbsp, chopped Tagar - बूरा - 1/2 Cup (75 grams) Jaggery - गुड़ - 1/2 Cup (80 grams) How to prepare Rice Pinni? 1. Take 1 cup of rice flour and roast it till it becomes aromatic. 2. Pour 1/2 liter full-cream milk in a Kadai and bring it to a boil over medium heat. 3. After the milk comes to a boil, turn the flame low to medium and simmer it till it becomes dense. 4. Once the rice becomes aromatic, turn the heat low and add 1/2 cup of desiccated coconut. 5. Roast coconut with rice flour for 2 mins. Turn off the flame after 2 minutes, add 4 tbsp of ghee and mix well. 6. Once the consistency of the milk is similar to rabadi, add it to the roasted flour and mix well. 7. Add 1/2 tsp of coarsely crushed cardamom powder, 2 tbsp of almond flakes, 2 tbsp of pista flakes, 2 tbsp of chopped raisins, and mix well. 8. Divide the mixture into halves equally. Add 1/2 cup of boora to one halve and prepare sugar pinni. 9. Take less than 1/2 cup of jaggery and prepare one-string consistency syrup. 10.
