eggless rusk recipe indian,Simple Rusk Recipe, rusk banane ki vidhi, toast banane ka tarika, bakery style bread toast, #MilkRuk #RuskToast #ToastRecipe #TeaTimeRecipe Ingredients for Milk Rusk Sugar Powder - चीनी पिसी हुई - 2 tbsp Refined Flour - मैदा - 1 Cup (125 grams) Full Cream Milk - फुल क्रीम दूध - 1/2 Cup + 1/2 tbsp Salt - नमक - 1 Pinch Instant Active Yeast - इंस्टेंट एक्टिव यीस्ट - 1 tsp Oil - तेल - 2 tbsp How to prepare rusk/toast? 1. Take 1 cup maida, add 2 tbsp of sugar powder, 1-pinch salt, 2 tbsp of milk powder, 1 tsp of active dry yeast, and mix well. 2. Add lukewarm water gradually and knead a soft dough. 3. Add 2 tbsp of oil gradually and knead the dough to make it smooth. Cover and leave it for 1 or 1.5 hours in a warm place. 4. After 1.5 hours, add 1 tbsp of oil and knead the dough for 5-6 minutes. 5. Spread the dough into a big sheet and fold it into a log. 6. Take a baking tray, lay a butter paper at the bottom, and brush oil over the paper. 7. Keep the dough log in the container, cover it with a cloth, and keep it aside for an hour. 8. Preheat the oven at 170° centigrade for 8 mins. 9. Bake the bread at 170° centigrade for 10 mins. 10. After 10 minutes, turn the tray around and set the oven for 5 minutes. 11. After 5 minutes, brush oil over the bread, cover, and leave for 30 mins to cool. 12. Take the bread loaf out and remove the butter paper. 13. Slice the bread loaf using a zig-zag edge knife. 14. Place all the bread slices on the baking tray and bake at 170° centigrade for 15 mins. 15. Take the tray out, turn all the bread slices, and bake them again at 160° centigrade for 10 mins. 16. Tasty and crispy bread toast or rusk are ready to be served.
