Take a pan and add 1 tsp of ghee to it. 2. Add 1/2 tsp of cumin, 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder, 1 tsp of coriander powder, and 1 tsp of ginger and chili paste. 3. Roast the masala briefly and add 1 chopped capsicum, and 2 chopped tomatoes. 4. Add more than 1/2 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of red chili powder, 1 tsp of pav bhaji masala, and cook covered for 2-3 minutes. 5. After 2 minutes, stir the masala and add 2 tbsp of butter. 6. Use a masher to mash everything. 7. Add 1 tsp of water to the mixture and cook while mixing. 8. Add some chopped coriander and mix well. 9. Take 4 pav, cut them from the middle, and roast over medium heat. 10. Add masala over the pav and garnish with green coriander and 1-2 ginger julienne. 11. Masala pav is ready to be served.
