Peas curry recipe, hare matar ki sabji, green peas curry, simple green peas curry, green peas masala,matar masala makhani, tomato peas curry, taza matar sabzi recipes, matar tamatar ki sabzi, #GreenPeasRecipe #MatarKiSabzi #MakhniMatarSabzi Ingredients Green Peas - मटर के दाने - 1 cup Tomato - टमाटर - 2 Green Chilli - हरी मिर्च - 1 Ginger - अदरक - 1/4 inch Oil - तेल - 2 tbsp Cumin seeds - जीरा - 1/4 tsp Asafoetida - हींग - 1/2 pinch Turmeric powder - हल्दी पाउडर - 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder - लालमिर्च पाउडर - 1/2 tsp Coriander powder - धनिया पाउडर - 1 tsp Garam masala - गरम मसाला - 1/4 tsp Butter - मक्खन - 1 tbsp Chickpea flour - बेसन - 1 tbsp Coriander leaves (finely chopped) - हरा धनिया - 1 to 2 tbsp Salt - नमक - 3/4 tsp How to prepare matar makhani? 1. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in the pan. 2. When the oil is hot, add ¼ cumin seeds, ½ pinch hing, ¼ tsp of turmeric powder, 1 tsp of coriander powder, and roast briefly. 3. Add 2-tomatoes, 1-green chili, and ¼ inch ginger paste to the pan. 4. Add ½ tsp of red chili powder and roast the masala till the oil separates. 5. When the masala is half cooked, add 1 cup of green peas, ¾ tsp of salt, and mix well. 6. Cover and cook the sabzi for 5 minutes over low heat. 7. After 5 minutes, add garam masala and 1 tbsp of butter to the sabzi. 8. Once the butter melts, add 1 tbsp of besan and roast till golden brown. 9. Add 2-3 tbsp of water, chopped green coriander leaves to the sabzi, and cook the sabzi for 2 minutes. 10. Matar Makhani is ready to be served.
